Thanks for the link. I am not known for few words but I could not say what I think. It takes an artist to make the points to come, and maybe I will add some facts: On CBC TV the “Family Coalition” person said that Canadian films get $32 million a year in revenues for their work. WRONG Stat Can … 2005 $165 Million, domestic and international.
What really has me tongue tied is the talking head at CBC let it pass and had no research/background to the debate. The film maker on the other side of the debate was flustered at times by this person, in the face of something so “foreign”. And no video archive of the show. The comments though say it all.
BTW the way you describe your art, that makes me want to possess a piece, would no doubt cause it to be listed by this “ilk”. Something to think about.
